How does the Lend Everywhere program work?
Our members accomplish a very few simple steps in securing basic information from highly motivated applicants for either a residential or commercial loan request. After the few steps have been completed, the member's "job" in done. Yes, that's it!
All members earn compensation at the same rate, so all of our members are treated on an even scale. Compensation only differs by the loan amount, so many of our members solely focus on creating as many lead-ins as possible, in order to maximize their potential compensation. Here are the responsibilities YOU AS A MEMBER will accomplish:
1) LE members communicate with a potential residential or commercial borrower
2) LE members collect the borrower (and co-bwr) basic information form, including email & phone
3) LE members require the borrower to agree to be contacted by a federally chartered bank representative
4) LE members direct the borrower to complete the sponsored online (or telephone) loan application
5) LE members interface with our marketing firm to follow the weekly progress of their supplied lead(s)
Here is the compensation that our members are eligible to earn:
*Loan Amounts* $50,000 - $99,999 $100,000 - $149,999 $150,000 - $199,999 $200,000 - $249,000 $250,000+ | *Compensation* $500.00 $750.00 $1,000.00 $1,250.00 $1,500.00 |
All LE members are eligible for the above compensation solely for completing a few, simple tasks. For roughly 5-15 minutes worth of effort, in the time it takes to ask a short list of questions, you will be able to earn the amounts listed above, many times over.
How many potential borrowers could you speak to in a day, if all that had to be done was request some basic info and direct them to a website application? 1? 2? 5? 10 or more? Multiply the amounts listed above by the average loan amount in your area or from your past experience - and that's what you could be earning in just one week, or even one day!
