Lend Everywhere is a proprietary program maintained by a leading marketing & management firm, Advanced Equity Management, LLC.
Our firm was originally incepted in Illinois in the year 2004 where we provided high quality mortgage leads to national lending institutions, mortgage brokers and individual loan officers throughout the country.
In 2007 our firm merged with a boutique commercial marketing company to expand into more diverse product offerings by offering our clients real-time potential clients with an unsurpassed quality and closing ratio.
In 2009 our firm relocated to Saint Louis, Missouri, where we now maintain our main operations. The relocation benefited our firm by providing a more profitable tax structure, along with a centralized time zone to better support our coastal client base.
We have since expanded our staff while keeping overhead at an unprecedented low, allowing us to pass on more of our profits directly to our members.
